Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is ANADANI GROUP COMPANY S.A.R.L., registered in Luxembourg (RCS B224256, VAT LU30313287). For any question about this policy or about your data, write to info@anadanigroup.com.

What we collect

Contact-form data — the name, company, country, email address, telephone number, department and message you send us, plus any file you choose to attach. Technical data — your IP address and basic request information, processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and to protect it against abuse. Consent records — your cookie choice, the categories you accepted, the policy version and a timestamp.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. To operate and secure the website, which is our legitimate interest — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. To measure audience with analytics, only where you have consented — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw that consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.

Who receives it

Our hosting provider, which serves the site; our email delivery provider, which transmits enquiry emails; and, if you consent to analytics, our analytics provider. Each acts as a processor under a data-processing agreement. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Transfers outside the EEA

Where a processor operates outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with any supplementary measures required.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for 24 months from our last exchange, unless it becomes part of a contractual relationship, in which case commercial and tax retention periods apply. Consent records are kept for 12 months. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@anadanigroup.com.

Right to complain

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority: Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Luxembourg — www.cnpd.lu.

Is providing data mandatory?

No. Providing your data is voluntary. The fields marked as required in the contact form are simply the minimum we need in order to reply to you; without them we cannot answer your enquiry.

Our full registered address and the designated privacy contact will be published here once finalised. In the meantime, all data-protection requests are handled at the address above.
