Quality, Compliance & Certification

Quality at ANADANI GROUP is not a claim — it is a document. Every product family we trade is governed by a written technical specification that defines the minimum requirements, inspection criteria, testing methods, sampling plan and acceptance rules applied to every lot.

Quality policy

Written down, or it does not count.

Reference documents AG-TS-001 (Technical Specifications for Biomass Products, revision 1.1) and AG-TS-002 (Charcoal), effective May 2025, govern everything we buy and sell in the biomass category. A supplier is qualified against them before a first order, and every lot is inspected against them before it moves.

How we work

From specification to delivery.

  1. Sourcing

Manufacturer selection and audit against our technical specification.

  2. Quality control

Sampling and testing per EN ISO 18135; acceptance criteria applied to every lot.

  3. Compliance & certification

Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, MSDS, FSC/PEFC and product certifications assembled per shipment.

  4. Logistics

Packaging, labelling, load securing and shipment planning to the agreed Incoterms.

  5. Delivery & support

Documented handover and ongoing commercial and technical support.
